Our Story
Löyly was created out of a necessity for change and a drive to help others.
In 2022 our founder, Callum, was feeling stuck working as an electrician in the mines here in Western Australia, in a job that was wreaking havoc on his mental health. With the desire for massive change, he embarked on a journey of self discovery and growth.
After a major lifestyle shift and through the use of tools like sauna and ice baths he started to overcome his mental health struggles.
After experiencing the life-changing benefits of contrast therapy, a strong desire to help others that were in his situation arose. Through a lot of late nights brainstorming, the idea of Löyly was born.
